Purchasing a product does not grant rights to reproduce, copy, resell, or distribute without written permission.
3. Pricing & Payment

4. Shipping & Delivery
Physical items ship from Romania to domestic and international destinations.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary due to customs or courier delays.
Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
5. Digital Products
Digital downloads and online course access are delivered immediately upon successful payment.
No shipping fees apply.

8. Intellectual Property & Artwork Representation
Artwork Colors & Display Disclaimer
Most artwork images displayed on oliviacheciuart.com are professionally scanned and may be digitally adjusted to best represent the original piece’s colors and details. We make every effort to present artworks as accurately as possible, therefore every artwork’s product page contains images taken by phone together with the main, scanned image of the entire artwork. However:
Colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, monitor calibration, device type (mobile/desktop/tablet), and lighting conditions.
Some artworks may show minor variations due to the translation from physical watercolor to digital display.
Textures, depth of color, and brushstroke details can be more subtle in person than on a backlit screen.
Because of these inherent variations, color differences or slight appearance changes do not qualify as a defect and are not considered valid reasons for returns or refunds.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union.
Any disputes will be resolved in the competent Romanian courts.
10. Changes to Terms

Original Art & Physical Products
Eligible for refunds within 14 days of delivery under EU Consumer Rights law.
Conditions:
Item must be returned in original condition and packaging
Buyer covers return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

damaged product
A replacement or refund will be arranged.
Digital Downloads & Online Courses
Non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital goods, orders cannot be canceled once access has been granted or files downloaded.
If you experience technical issues accessing your files, we will assist you.
Exchanges
Not automatically offered but may be approved case-by-case for physical products. Please keep in mind that because of the medium used- watercolor paint, there will never be two identical works of art on this website, but merely similar ones.
Refund Method
If approved, your refund will be processed using your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
