Where are you shipping from?
All physical artworks are shipped from Romania.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We offer domestic and international shipping for original paintings, prints, and stationery.
Digital products are delivered instantly via download — no shipping required.
How will my artwork be packaged?
To ensure maximum protection during transit:
Small artworks are shipped flat, sandwiched securely between multiple layers of rigid cardboard.
Larger artworks (approx. 28 × 38 cm / 11″ × 15″ and up) are rolled and shipped in sturdy tubes to prevent creasing and bending.
If I order multiple artworks, will they be shipped together?
Due to international customs regulations, original artwork pieces must be individually declared — therefore:
Each original artwork ships in its own package
Tracking will be provided separately for each shipment
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times:
Romania: 2–5 business days
Europe: 5–14 business days
International: 10–30 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs or postal delays.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout depending on:
Destination country
Package size and weight
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes — tracking numbers are provided whenever possible.
Some countries may offer limited tracking once the package leaves customs.
Can I be charged customs duties or import taxes?
Possibly. Any customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility and depend on local regulations.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of:
The outer packaging
The damaged item
We will assist in filing a carrier claim and finding a solution.
What if my package is lost?
If tracking never marks the package as delivered, we will contact the carrier to locate it.
We are not responsible for packages confirmed as Delivered but missing after delivery.
