Processing time:

  • Original artworks: 3–5 business days

  • Art prints & stationery: 5–7 business days

  • Digital products / online courses: Available immediately after purchase (no shipping required)

Processing times may be extended during holidays or art exhibition periods.


2️⃣ Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We ship using trusted carriers such as:

  • Poșta Română (Romanian Post)

  • Courier companies (DHL, UPS, DPD, Fan Curier — depending on destination)

Estimated transit time:

  • Romania (Domestic): 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 5–14 business days

  • International: 10–30 business days

These timeframes are estimates only.
We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to customs inspections or courier delays.


3️⃣ Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Weight and size of the package

  • Original paintings are shipped flat or rolled depending on size

  • Art prints are packed with backing boards or tubes, flat or rolled depending on size

  • Protective materials ensure safe transit

We encourage buyers to document any visible damage to packaging before opening.


7️⃣ Delivery Issues

Please contact us immediately if:

  • Your order has not arrived after the estimated timeframe

  • Your package arrives damaged

  • The tracking status shows “Delivered” but the item is missing

We will help resolve the issue with the carrier.

However, we are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

  • Items stolen after confirmed delivery
