This series of five watercolor paintings captures the serene harmony between Japan’s iconic Mount Fuji and the fleeting beauty of cherry blossoms in full bloom.

The Sakura blossoms are rendered through delicate wet-on-dry brushwork and subtle glazing, allowing pinks, crimsons, and violets to merge fluidly while maintaining foliage crown definition. The mountain emerges from misty washes of cobalt blue, its snow-capped peak preserved through the untouched white of the paper.
